I have treated exclusively OCD and Anxiety Disorders for over 20 years. Developed and opened 2 PHP/IOP programs in collaboration with a member of the Scientific Advisory Board. I am BTTI certified, as well.
About
During my time as a therapist, I have worked hard to not only increase the confidence I have in my skill set, but to also collaborate closely with my clients to help them increase their confidence with challenging their anxiety and OCD symptoms. I support my clients through this process and tend to bring a bit of levity and humor to the therapy setting. I find that this helps diffuse some of the tension and fear that clients may be experiencing. Being a behaviorally focused clinician helps me keep therapy very goal oriented and solution focused.
