- I am a person-centered therapist. OCD is a piece of who a person is — it's not the whole person. I practice ERP in my own life, and it's important to share that knowledge with others who might benefit. I love meeting new people and hearing their stories. Everyone has the right to a calm, comfortable, and happy life. If I can help people do that, it's a privilege. I also specialize in treating generalized anxiety, depression, and intellectual/developmental disability (IDD).
