- My approach to OCD therapy is patient, kind, and fun, without shame. I love seeing members show progress, witnessing their excitement, and celebrating their wins. OCD is highly treatable, and I've seen firsthand that ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) works for most people. You can do this! There is no shame in getting help. My other areas of focus include substance abuse, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and faith-based therapy.
