- Every OCD member is different. I'll work with your strengths and values and lean into my creativity, humor, and empathy. I'll help you learn how to respond to irrational vs. rational fears, problem-solve, and be less reactive. As someone who lives with a chronic illness as well as a learning disability, OCD, and body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), I understand how treatment sometimes needs to be flexible. I'm passionate about offering care to individuals who benefit from a variety of interventions. Beyond OCD, I focus on PTSD and trauma, BFRBs, tics, and hoarding.
