- You're not alone in your experience with OCD. You are understood here. My mission is to help individuals realize they can lead fulfilling lives, even in the presence of OCD. My approach to therapy is member-paced, collaborative, empathetic, and supportive. I'll normalize the discomfort you may experience during treatment and encourage you to keep leaning into that discomfort; it's an essential part of the process. Together, we'll find a way to help you let go of the shame and fear OCD brings. I also specialize in treating anxiety and depressive disorders.
