- I like to spend our early sessions getting to know you and your OCD, because everyone's experience is unique. How is OCD preventing you from living the life you want? How can we target therapy to help you achieve your life goals? I love coming up with ways to help members feel empowered to live the life they want, not the life their fears have demanded. We are a team, and we'll work together to create a plan to tackle your OCD. My other areas of focus include PTSD, BFRBs, tics, depression, and anxiety.
