- I take a personal and compassionate approach to therapy. This is a safe space where you're welcome as you are. In our sessions, you will find validity, compassion, and encouragement to find your strengths and use them in your journey to heal from OCD. I also specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have experienced difficulties in these areas throughout my own life, and I learned to overcome them. This makes me passionate about supporting others in their healing journeys.
