- I support my members with an individualized approach that prioritizes non-judgment, directness, humor, and fun. Just because treatment requires us to face fears doesn't mean it can't be playful or appropriately humorous! I know you're trying your very best. I have seen how OCD and anxiety disorders can make functioning unbelievably hard. It's my goal to support you in acquiring tools to tackle your symptoms. Beyond treating OCD, I have experience with child and adolescent populations, family system interventions, anxiety disorders, major depressive disorder, and perfectionistic behaviors.
