- I'm passionate about empowering individuals to live in a big world where they conquer their fears. ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) enables you to sit with discomfort and reminds you that you can do hard things. I'm a supportive therapist; I'll do my best to hold you accountable for your goals in a validating yet direct manner. Therapy doesn't have to be serious 100% of the time, and we will work at your pace. Beyond OCD, I've worked with adults who have eating disorders, and teens with behavioral and mood disorders.
