- In OCD therapy, I'll build trust and an awesome therapeutic relationship with you, providing education on OCD and collaborating on your goals for treatment. Then I'll support you in crushing those goals. A changed life requires changed behaviors. ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) is the gold standard in OCD treatment. As long as you have an ounce of willingness to confront your fears, we can begin! In addition to OCD treatment, my areas of focus include addiction recovery, depression, anxiety, and the LGBTQIA+ community.
